I found myself sleep in most of today, unable to get up the energy to move far. I tried a short walk, but ended up dizzy and back in bed. Once I rested more, I felt much more human, thank goodness!
1) I am thankful for days when resting body & mind are possible.
2) leftovers are a timesaver AND helpful when you can only stand a couple of moments at a time.
3) I very much enjoyed the Christmas service we were invited to tonight. The praise worship band was spirited & talented. They put on a great show.
